The great thing about ARMA is the community is very large and there is a lot of cool mods for it, the only issue for me is I struggle to get some of them working. I loved ARMA 2 and when 3 came out I was quite disapointed with the futuristic weapons and vehicles.I suppose it is 'progress' but it put me off for a while. I used to play ARMA 2 with a group called United Operations they were a sort of public mil sim and I remember we did a few Vietnam missions which were epic, you got choppered in to a hill and then had to fight of the attacks made by the VC. Sure I don't mind paying either and everyone is on the DLC bandwagon these days, there are so many free mods out there for ARMA I think some people might not buy this but depending on cost I will probably get it. Oh and I want to fly that airplane that can be seen in the trailer. Will there be more naval combat? How will tanks and trucks handle the new terrain (jungle)? How will aircrafts operate on this map with lots of cover for infantry and vehicles? Looking nice although I have mixed feelings about the combat we can expect to see. After all maps take a huge ammount of time and menpower to create, That accounts especially for Arma. Would be great if this was a free for all but I couldn't really blame them for making it a payed dlc. It's probably comes with the new campaign that has been announced long ago.
